Returns
Upon arrival of your package, please inspect the product(s) carefully to ensure that they were not damaged during shipping to you.

Any claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 15 days of receipt, and must be in writing to:  [email protected].  

Please provide detailed information for the claim and attach pictures of the damaged product(s).

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, with tamper seals intact, and in the same condition as you received them.  All product(s) must be their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our product(s), you may request a refund within 15 days of receipt of the product(s).  Please submit this request in writing to: [email protected].
